A message from Peter…
Our website features some of the articles I wrote and cooked for when I was with the Sydney Sunday Telegraph.
I was their food writer for 18 years from 1983 - 2001; sadly it came to an end when we moved to New Zealand in 2001. I really enjoyed sharing my knowledge and love for food with others and I hope you enjoy sharing in some of this now.
As well as this, we have a recipe section which will be updated with new seasonal recipes on a regular basis.
